California Magic Real Estate has the lowest commission listing rate at 1% of the sale price to list your home for sale.

There is no initial cost to list your Bay Area home with California Magic Real Estate, and the low cost listing fee (currently 1%) is only paid once your home is sold--there is an additional fee of 2.5% of the sale price to be paid to the Agency representing the buyer (total commission = 3.5%).

California Magic Real Estate also offers incentive rebates to buyers, and this MAY result in us finding a buyer for your home directly, having California Magic represent both buyer and seller. In this case, the buyer-side commission remains at 2.5%, and the total commission 3.5% in order for us to fulfill our rebate commitment.
